At Haarlem College, we have a fantastic arts department, our own professional theatre, a modern sports hall, and a Techlab with VR headsets, drones, and robots. All the ingredients are present for you to showcase your talents.
Techlab
With the TechLab, we want to get our pupils excited about technology. Team leader Sander Noortman: “The field is much broader than pupils sometimes think. Robotics, drones, and virtual reality, for example, are also part of technology. Within our TechLab, all these innovative applications can be discovered. This happens in the form of workshops where the pupils get hands-on experience.”
Own professional theatre
At Haarlem College, we have our own in-house professional theatre. The students from the Vocational direction Stage & Presentation Here, you'll learn all about theatre productions, both on stage and behind the scenes. We also organise talent shows and theatre productions from extracurricular projects. Every student at Haarlem College can take to the stage.
Modern sports hall
There's nothing better than a good workout. During gym class at Haarlem College, you'll get yours in a modern, fully equipped sports hall of 264 square metres. The large sports hall can be divided into 3 gym rooms with walls that can be lowered from above.
