Public transport strike Wednesday 9 September
On Wednesday 9 September, a national strike will take place in public transport. This means that, among other things, no buses or trains will run nationwide for 24 hours.
At Haarlem College, we assume that all pupils arrive at school on time. This applies even if your child uses public transport. We are therefore informing you about the strike in advance, so that you can look into alternative ways for your child to get to school in good time. Perhaps your child can come by bike, carpool with someone else or you can drop your child off.
A public transport strike is unfortunately not a valid reason to keep your child at home, however frustrating it may be.

Since the department's inception, considerable effort has been invested in creating excellent education, personal attention, and a safe learning environment. The conclusion was clear: yes. The inspection visited lessons and spoke with teachers, mentors, the support team and pupils.
