Life is an interplay of shadows and light, but sometimes our gaze lingers on what is dark. A lesson that won't succeed, a conversation that doesn't go well. Lightness in existence is not the denial of the heavy, however, but a choice to also allow joy, playfulness and hope.
A smile on the face, the satisfaction of something going well, the connection with each other, the enjoyment that is there. Lightness invites us to pause and reflect on our inner fire that always burns. For ourselves and for each other.
