Student engagement
At Haarlem College, we believe it's important for pupils to be involved in significant decisions. Tutors play a clear role in this. They often ask pupils about their experiences of certain matters, and this information is then incorporated into the decision-making process. Additionally, two pupils are always represented on the participation council, and the pupils' council contributes to the organisation of events such as Open Days and school parties.
