It may occur that a pupil becomes ill or experiences pain during school hours. Pupils may also sometimes require prescribed medication, which needs to be stored and/or administered. To provide clarity for the pupil, parent/carer, and staff, a Dunamare-wide protocol has been established regarding the dispensing of medication to pupils. With this protocol, staff are well-prepared to act carefully in medical situations.
