What is a primary school morning?
During a primary school morning, pupils from years 7 and 8 from the various primary schools in and around Haarlem can get to know Haarlem College and its teachers. The pupils will get a feel for the atmosphere by attending a number of short lessons. This way, they will know straight away what things are like at Haarlem College and whether it suits them.

Tuesday 9 December 2025 from 9:00 – 11:00
Registering your child as a parent/carer
It is also possible to register your child for a primary school morning independently of their primary school. This may be useful if your child’s primary school does not sign up for the open day, but your child would still like to come and have a look around Haarlem College.
Om u aan te melden stuurt u een e-mail naar basisschoolochtend@haarlemcollege.nl met daarin:
- Child's first and last name
- Primary school name
- Number of people attending
- First and second preferred date; should a part of the day already be fully booked, we may schedule you for the other date.
Register for primary school
To register for one of the primary school mornings, as a primary school teacher, you do so via Aanvraagformulier. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation and one of our colleagues will contact you to finalise arrangements and answer any questions.
Please state a first and second preference for the date. If a preferred morning is already full, you will be scheduled for the other date.
