From the new academic year 2026-2027, the Haarlem College will be a phone-free school. This means pupils are not allowed to use their phones for the entire day and they must not be visible either.
Pupils should leave their phones at home or hand them in immediately upon arrival. disabled in their locker. The phone may only be taken out of the locker once the pupil goes home.
These rules apply ook for smartwatches, earphones, and headphones. A laptop may only be used in class if the teacher permits it permission gives the floor.
