Career Orientation and Guidance Left Off Balance
The Haarlem College has developed a clear policy on Career Orientation and Guidance (LOB). This helps pupils to identify their interests and make choices. Internships are an essential part of this.
In Year 3, pupils will undertake a two-week work placement. This is extensively worked towards and supports the pupil in their further education.
