For example, if you feel you have not been treated fairly. Or if you are unhappy with someone at school, for instance if they have behaved inappropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You'd best discuss your complaint at school.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you find it difficult to discuss a complaint with the person you believe caused the problem, you can approach your mentor or one of the Haarlem College's trusted advisors. They will guide you in finding a suitable solution. If you cannot resolve the issue together, you can, possibly in consultation with your mentor or trusted advisor, report the complaint to the director of the Haarlem College. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complaints Coordinator, Dunamare Education Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, in your opinion, the problem has not yet been resolved, your parent(s)\/carer(s) can lodge a complaint with the Dunamare complaints coordinator together with you.
