This pilot is a start of the conversation with parents on this subject.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Important points to consider<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Only parents are permitted to use the Magister parent account.<\/strong> Children logging in with the parent account can wrongly report themselves sick.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Report sick only when absolutely necessary.<\/strong> Illness is the biggest reason why pupils miss lessons. Across the Netherlands, we are seeing a decline in pupil attendance. Parents play a key role in this.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ensuring presence together<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask you to talk to your child about the importance of going to school. You can also include a brief explanation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter when you expect your child to return to school: <strong>\u2018Tomorrow <\/strong>or <strong>\u2018The day after tomorrow.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are not sure how long your child will be sick, choose <strong>\u2018Too early to tell<\/strong>.
